Team PMC season 2015 review
Hi everyone
I wrote those few line to do quick overview of the season 2015 and present for all member . First off, it wasn't a easy year for the team. We all struggle with our personal lives and works over last summer . Some off us having health problems , other whit their work or family and some also lost of cherish person but on positive side adding of new family member and successful new business have play a role in this case. Also this year, we lost some member and welcome new members ( which i will name them later ).And last but not least, our first PMC game the last 8 August was really big success ( special thank to bee and treestumps ).
We did have some issues with meeting schedules and people's who showed up. For this reason, the administrative group will elaborate a full year calendar whit meeting and game. There will be also possibility off having meeting through skype ( PMC skype account will be post a the end of this resume ) and we will find the center location for accommodation of everyone. I also try to find a way or app for taking note quick during meeting and provide clear meeting debrief pdf documents. Member who can't assist to meeting , please advice asap and will need to take the necessary step to read the meeting debriefing and if having some question or suggestions to bring to the meeting.
Sadly this season, PMC team wasn't able to participate to many game as full team ( few member did participate on regular basis) for reason mentioned earlier. Next season we will try to plan and participate more often for skirmish and big event like bio hazard, night fall, new ottawa or bidding war. And once again we will elaborate a calendar whit date ( if you heard about event you want assist but not on calendar , please bring it up to rest of team).
At begins of PMC team , team fee was needed to get paid for help for different team fee like game props, bbq or etc . It been request to be paid every month but due to cost of life and different team member work issue, the fee was put on side for awhile. For next season , team fee will be asked again but whit some modifications. The fee will be paid once a year at a certain date ( so far for the 1 January ) for a total of 60 $ per member ( price might change ) our treasury Secretary gonna be Mike lem and will keep record of the money. Payment mode can be cash or emt.
Our team game was sucess and i please to announce op. Ace will be back next year whit few update. First off the feild lightning, despite the sucess of the game , i think it could be improve. Sean did have awesome idea whit that . He suggested we put some light under upside down whit bucket in different area of the game wich will provide some ambient light just enough to improve safety whitout compromise the integrity of the game scenario. We also can ask if the owner of the field let us to start some small bonfire wich we can put yellow tape around for help the safety side. Also many player at last game didnt bring any flash light wich is not really good for game . So next year , player will need to show their flashlight at the registration. At same time ( if we still provide red glow stick ) will receive their glow stick for night part of the game wich will speed up the game process. If you guy have any suggestions please provide them on the appropriate space o. Forum . Also we will need to have more participation to the game as organizer and admin of the game whit prop and feild setup but also as promoting the event. We will start to organise for next year and everyone will receive a task they will need insure to be complet.
At last i wish welcome our new member head hunter ( Chris) and lawnmower95 (Spence ). I wish them to have lot of fun and lot of kill
